Flagler Village Living

Lifestyle, Advertisement and Real Estate hub

Brief

When the Flagler Village development was still in its early stages, I was commissioned to design a community-focused digital hub. The aim was to create a platform that could celebrate local businesses, present real estate listings with clarity, and support carefully placed advertising within a cohesive visual framework. The website was conceived to feel artistic and rooted in the community, while remaining structurally robust enough to support frequent editorial content and an integrated newsletter.

Reflection

believed the website had the potential to evolve into a meaningful community platform. There were early ambitions to integrate MLS real estate software, but this was ultimately set aside due to the scale and cost involved. When the site was created, Flagler Village was still defined by only a small number of buildings; today it has grown into a vibrant neighbourhood, just as the client had anticipated. Over time, the editorial output naturally slowed and the site became inactive. As I am no longer closely connected to the area, the project has been re-presented using test content for portfolio purposes, allowing the original design intent and structure to be experienced without relying on live data.
